When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be sent on the following business day. Thus, we strive for you to receive your order the within one to two business days. Note that NOALA is not responsible for delays with the shipping company. Furthermore, we are not responsible for lost packages.

 

What are the shipping costs? 

• The Netherlands: there are no shipping costs for orders of €55.99 and up. 
• Belgium: there are no shipping costs for orders of €75 and up. 
• The United Kingdom: there are no shipping costs for orders of €75 and up. 

 

On which areas of the body can I apply NOALA’s fading cream?
Our cream can be used on different areas of the body. This could be your face, armpits, knees, neck, the area around your mouth, thighs, buttocks, scars, intimate areas, etc.

 

When will I see results? 
If you apply NOALA's cream daily, you will see significant and lasting results within 7 days.

 

What are the ingredients of NOALA’s cream?
Vitamin C*, 2% hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, vanilla extract, citrus extract, cacao butter, aqua, glycerine, benzyl alcohol, sodium benzoate. 
* Always use sunscreen (we recommend SPF 50) when using products with this ingredient.

 

How should I use the cream?  
Apply on clean and dry skin, and rub until absorbed. 

When using our cream for your face, apply once a day, before going to bed. For the smaller spots (e.g. scars) we recommend the use of a cotton bud. Don't combine with other creams. When you use our cream on other areas of the body, apply it twice a day. Cleanse your skin with NOALA's brightening en exfoliating soap for even faster results.

 

Are there any side effects when using NOALA’s products? 
Every body is and reacts different(ly). Due to concentrates, it’s possible for the skin to react. Note that we are not responsible for skin irritations. This is why you could apply new products to a test spot twice daily. 

What is the expiry date of NOALA’s cream? 
The cream will last 6 months after opening the container.

 

Will the skin return to how it was/become dark(er) after stopping the use of NOALA?
No.

 

How can I enjoy the use of NOALA’s cream for a longer period? 
If you use our products for areas you shave, we firstly recommend you to start waxing or laser hair removal. We recommend those treatments because shaving causes irritation and skin to become dark(er).

 

Can I start using the cream after hair removal (whether it’s shaving or laser hair removal)?
Yes. Kindly wait two days before applying the cream or using soap.
